Unstackable?[edit]
I just found out I have Piles of elemental dust that do not stack... I have an old stack of 105 piles, and a new stack of 4 piles. But they won't stack together... WTH? Sjeng

I think the Lieutenant Thackary Sack of Junk ones are bugged somehow. I just ran a pile of five of them out to the collector in Sepulchre of Dagrimmar and she's telling me I have no Piles of Elemental Dust so I can't get anything. - 80.192.40.46 18:05, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
- After opening 93 sacks of random junk, I ended up with 3 different stacks of piles of elemental dust which wouldn't stack. These piles contained 5, 10, and 12 piles of elemental dust respectively. 3 different types of elemental dust? Weird! --Musha

Farming[edit]
I reckon it would probably be much easier to just farm anything on Drakkar lake than muck about with chromatic drakes, and even easier to perma Sliver farm the roving groups of ice elementals in Ice Cliff Chasms... Chieftain Alex 09:55, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
Why Nick wants Elemental Dust[edit]
