- I don't think the requirements is accurate - I did this quest before having beaten Abaddon's Gate before. I think the requirement may be Grand Court of Sebelkeh or Jennur's Horde/Nundu Bay. Konig/talk 23:32, 23 November 2011 (UTC)
- I'm on Pledge of the Merchant Princes right now and just picked it up, so it doesn't seem to be that. Maybe you need Goren unlocked and then to leave the area and return? I also did not have him in the party, despite Bokka acknowledging him. - Slythistle 16:24, 9 September 2024 (UTC)
