- Background: Nikodemus was initally created with the intention of becoming an ecto farmer for Aenea's Obsidian armor, but very quickly I learned just how much I hated farming for anything, and that playing a sin with a "real" sin bar (as opposed to permaform) was quite fun. In the end, Niko farmed exactly one ecto (of the 105 needed) from the Chaos Plains. He also did several runs with Bludger to blast Vaettirs in Jaga Moraine for golds and festival items during Christmas 08, but I quickly tired of that also. "Nikodemus" is a biblical name, but I actually chose it (and it's particular spelling) based off one of the "Stepson" mercenaries in the old Thieves' World series of books. "Saito" is just a Japanese family name I selected that fit with Niko's Canthan nationality.
