Skill type. An aura is a type of skill that all pure caster professions (Monk, Elementalist, Mesmer, Ritualist, and Necromancer) have. All auras are common in that they last 60 seconds, have an activation time of ½ seconds, and give a small positive effect for you (or a negative effect for enemies) when you perform a certain action. All auras are named [Name] Aura.
