Elite Form. For 10...50...60 seconds you take on the aspect of the bear. Your Primary Attribute is reduced to 0. Your Energy returns to maximum and you have -2 Energy degeneration. You have +5...10 armor and +50...125 maximum Health. Your Armor regard is class is set to 60. All Enchantments upon you are removed. Bear attacks replace your skills. You gain Energy every time you take or deal damage. This skill ends when your Energy drops to 0. This Skill is disabled for 120 seconds.

"Ursan, All for One, All the Same"
My goal was to change the functionality of Ursan inline with such skills as Avatar of Balthazar but enable all players to be on a level field regardless of profession.
I always thought it was weird that the Norn's Bear_Form was dramatically weaker than the Player's Ursan_Blessing. This would reduce Ursan to be in more in league with the Avatars of the Dervishes, yet still provide playability to all professions as a PvE only Skill. The reduction of the primary attribute puts professions on an even level, certain professions no longer have a huge well of energy or benefit from enchantments ending or foes dying. The skill would have a longer recharge as it is disabled or just a 120 second recharge, instead of the standard 30secs and introduces a casting time, Dervish can cast their Form abilities in the heat of battle, Ursan should be able to do this as well.
I was thinking about how to make this a purely fun skill to use, just as the Blessing goes. Warriors and Paragon are at an advantage over the caster types in sense of armor so to balance this the Blessing reduces your armor to a 60 base so all professions are on a level playing field. The boost from the blessing from the higher rank would add to the base and non-specific insignias would be beneficial, there is the question of same insignias providing 10 armor extra though.
The other thing would be to force the player into melee, the standard attack becomes melee regardless of profession. Upon the Form being successfully cast the equip weapon would be replaced with Club of a Thousand Bears (or make it a requirement to be able to attack in standard combat - like what happens in the Killroy dungeon) with its base attack 15-15. Bear aren't known for their speed so why make your standard attack fast, make it more ponderous. In the Norn Bear Form they get a 25% damage boost to attacks, this could also be a passive ability to the player their standard melee attack would be 15 + 25% extra damage, maybe even more if you customize the weapon to you 15 + 25% + 20%, not sure how that stacks.
For the Blessing itself this would level every player out, no advantage being a Paragon or Warrior for their armor, no advantage from primary attributes like Soul Reaping and Energy Storage. All players could have the near same health, energy, attack damage and additional bonuses. "All for One, All the Same."

Elite Form. For 5 minutes you are granted the power of Izzy, granted 1000 Health, 1000 energy and 1000 armor. All your attacks can not be blocked, dealing 1337 damage to all allies in the PvE areas, draining all their attributes, health and energy. You immediately watch a PvP match.
