Really. I want PvE to be balanced. But it's not just buffing up non-title skills to be the copies of PvE only skills. Look! PvE only skills need a nerf. Monsters on the other hand, need to be weakened too. Dungeons should be about good player coordination, not imbagon+damage+HB or Perma+cryers+hb and reap rewards. Also polymock pieces need to have double the current drop rate.
So I would suggest:
- Cry of Pain deal only 40..70 damage, but deal an extra 10..40 damage on interrupts.
- "Save Yourselves!" Should not be affected by leadership
or
- "Save Yourselves!" All other party members gain 40 armor. they have an additional 5 armor for each rank in strength (this should pass armor cap)
or
- "Save Yourselves!" All other party members gain 40 armor and 2%damage reduction for each rank in strength (reduction calculated after armor bonus)
And I would appreciate if asuran scan would not concentrate on physical damage (asurans are magicians by nature)
- Asuran Scan changed functionality to: Hex spell: duration: 8 seconds. Foes hexed with this spell have their armor set to 40.
This would not buff the famous Cryway to a level when PvE isn't fun, but would add some damage. the 8/15 uptime would promote good chaining, or at least coordinated nukes.
And finally the problem what needs TO BE DONE!!! (sorry but I am just angry about this one)
10 1 30 Skill. for 25 seconds you have 50% chance to block attacks, spells against you have 50% chance to fail, and you gain 40 armor.

- Cry of pain is too powerful. Recharge or energy cost must be raised, exhaustion wont be bad too.

10 ¼ 30 -> will make it used less frequently per unit of time. Not each 12 seconds. But each 30 seconds.
15 ¼ 12 Now causes exhaustion. -> will make certain power drain along with exhaustion to teach not to use it so frequently.

Barrage...[edit]
Don't like the changes made to it, do you know how much dmg you could do when using preperations? did you even consider that? Imagine next team build. The skills used, if you changed any, then I use your version.

For the ones that wanna say that the build sucks, it's an example and made in 5 minutes, the pets are just to block and to KD running creeps while also be able to provide Interruptions if it's still needed, didn't put in any extra bow attacks because those would be disabled by Lilondra's Barrage version for 1 second, The N/Rt and paragon are just optional lol, didn't know what else to put in a team of 8. - I'm still forming the Idea of general PvE balance.But Imo monsterlvls should be brought back to lvl 18-24 To be balanced once again.Monster skills should be reduced to a minimum and just good builds should be given to them.Mobs should be given important but slow casting skills proving the point of shutdown and so on.PvE balance is about as complex as pvp balance.Only half as important imo Lilondra *poke* 15:06, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
- Hmmm... your nerf is a bit to harsh now, I would keep Barrage as it is now in the game. It's a good and well balanced skill. I've never stopped using it in 4 years.
- And yeah just was something I saw, just wanted to point you out that the buff would've been more then imba. Btw I like the adjustements made to the creeps in UW, FoW, and other areas for the most part. I think the creeps should have better team builds, also they should use all 8 skill slots, like team builds in PvP, it would close the gap between PvP and PvE more.
