I'm going to start with rebalancing the 3 pve skills that will remain in the game for pve.Then I will buff up normal skills that were buffed to REPLACE the functionality of a certain pve-skill.Finishing with buffing all other skills that desperatly need a buff.
Blessings[edit]
Ursan Blessing : Changed functionality to : For 20 seconds your attacks inflict Weakness and Cracked armor for 10 seconds and deal + 15 damage. 5 0 15
Raven Blessing : Changed functionality to : For 20 seconds your attacks inflict Blind and Cripple for 10 seconds and have 20% armour penetration. 10 0 15
Volfen Blessing : Changed functionality to : For 20 seconds your attacks Inflict Deep Wound and Bleeding for 10 seconds and cannot be blocked 10 0 15
Obviously these blessings were made for front-line characters.Pve skills should never be able to transform a monk into a viable warrior.Therefor these will only see use on frontline characters.They are very powerfull,unremovable buffs that mainly offer utility instead of zomg zomg damage.
Dervish[edit]

Arcane Zeal : Elite Enchantment spell.For 4...18...22 seconds.Whenever you cast a dervish enchantment you are healed for 10...30...35 Health and all foes near your target take 10...30...35 fire damage.

Pious Renewal : Elite Enchantment spell. For 7...15...17 seconds whenever you cast a Dervish Enchantment your target is healed for 10...30...35 health and you gain 0...2...2 energy. 5 ¾ 20

Holy Wrath : Spell.For 8 Seconds Damage taken by target ally is reduced by 5...15...17 and whenever target ally takes damage all nearby foes take 5...15...17 damage.

Retribution : Spell.For 8 seconds target ally is enchanted with Retribution and nothing happens.When this enchantment ends all foes in the area of target ally take 7...18...21 damage for each second this enchantment was active. 5 ¾ 20
Unyielding Aura : Elite Enchantment spell.While you maintain this enchantment you move 33 % faster and whenever you cast a spell that targets a ally that ally is healed for 15...55...65 health. 5 ¾ 5
I think I found a good revamp for both Holy Wrath and retribution.I know many people would be like *you took my leet but brainless way of making money away* but frankly 600/smite is just to strong and this way the skills will still be usefull.Same for UA,not as strong/brainless but still a strong elite.
Assassin[edit]
Shadow Prison : Elite Hex Spell. Shadow Step to target foe. For 3...9...11 seconds, that foe moves 66% slower.

Aura of Displacement : Elite Enchantment Spell. When you cast Aura of Displacement, Shadow Step to target foe. When you stop maintaining Aura of Displacement you return to your original location.

Beguiling Haze : Elite Spell. Shadow Step to target foe. That foe becomes Dazed for 2...6...7 seconds.

Wastrel's Collapse : Elite Skill. Shadow Step to target foe. That foe is knocked down. All your non-dagger attack skills are disabled for 4 seconds.

Shadow Walk : Stance. Shadow Step to target foe. For 30 seconds, you cannot cast Enchantments. When this Stance ends, you return to your original location.
