WTF Were they thinking?[edit]

Seriously, bleeding is worth an elite??, i mean, if it caused bleeding and like.....40 dmg with your next spell, that would've been acceptable, but that here is just trash; and don't say it works well with Angorodon's Gaze, there are many more non elite skill which self inflict conditions that do not take up an elite slot. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Rapid Sausage (talk).
- It's clear you don't OBs GvG. The older Barbed Signet deserved elite status given it's absurd pressure ability. This elite finally has use. 128.119.156.165 16:53, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
- Laceration.--83.82.62.210 11:52, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
- Ha, yeah laceration indeed. Anyway, sure there are other self-inflicting condition skills but so far now this is the only enery 'free' one within the Necro's own line. -Wrei110.175.241.56 12:53, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
- Barbed Signet is better now 60.50.251.93 14:37, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
- You're ignoring syngery with condition skills and ulcerous lungs. My JQ build finally is less cluttered.174.100.25.69 19:54, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
- I apologize, I had barbed signet and signet of suffering switched174.100.25.69 19:58, 23 March 2011 (UTC)

- Sucks for PvE they should have done a split instead of nerfing pve skills for pvp issues.64.57.200.203 20:50, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
- No kidding, they BUFFED the old barb signet(IMO) and then made this ELITE into the old barb signet, pure stupidity much? 174.110.208.72 21:55, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
- Ignorance. lol 128.119.156.82 00:33, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- The old Barbed Signet (PvP) was fairly strong, but it didn't warrant an elite status. –~=Ϛρѧякγ (τѧιк) ←♥– 00:40, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- did this skill have use in pve to begin with? old version wasn't that big either,--BobbyT 00:48, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- Why in the world would you use Blood in PvE anyways, apart from Orders and Blood Bond? It's more of a PvP thing, really.128.119.156.82 01:05, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- which skill was used against duncan or for 55s for bossfarms again? 78.35.177.57 01:27, 24 March 2011 (UTC)

- Which skill is still a gimmick and, oh, just one other skill? Blood has been PvP-only for a long time; it was only good in Proph days when Well of Blood and BiP/Blood Rit was good party support (BiP is probably still used in some gimmick PvE builds, and don't forget touch rangers). –~=Ϛρѧякγ (τѧιк) ←♥– 03:07, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- This is just another Trash necromancer elite. It was garbage for both PvP and PvE before. Other then its effect, nothing has really changed. But necromancers can't have good elites besides SS(which is only good for PvE) and a few death magic skills. Its against the rules...--Yozuk 22:29, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- GvGers don't seem to think this skill is so bad. They've just taken this in the same blood bar as always, and put a snare or Reverse Hex or some other such toolbox skill where Barbed Signet would have been. -- Oiseau | 23:45, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- I have to disagree with you on that one Sparky. Mesmer and rangers have some great elites. Mesmers especially. Power Block, Panic, Keystone Signet, Psychic Instability, Stolen Speed, Fevered Dreams, Ineptitude, Shared Burden, Lyssa's Aura, and echo. Fevered Dreams and Stolen Speed are two of my personal favorites! Both of great for building a team with! I can't speak much for the ranger because I don't use them very often. But I have had fun using Incendiary Arrows and Expert's Dexterity. I wanted to get Glass Arrows but I haven't gotten that far with my ranger yet. And I know barrage is popular.--Yozuk 03:16, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
