Wynthyst, Lensor, and myself have tried to upload that image and Arenanet does not allow images that are not released under the GNU Free Documentation License, or owned by Arenanet into The Offical Guild Wars Wiki. Now, I know this is a hassle; but it is the rules. Honestly, I think it should be stated in Guild Wars Wiki:Copyrights or GWW:COPY but it is not for some odd reason. I guess he counted. The combined contents on your main user page should not exceed 300 kB in total size. You can verify your page size simply by saving your user page with your browser and checking the resulting file size. Note that some browsers do not save the images used on the page, so you need to manually add the file sizes of any images to the file size of your user page. If you're having trouble with users clogging up recent changes with their tiny edits, maybe a helpful textual message just doesn't work for them. Some people need something of a visual walkthrough; might I suggest this helpful tutorial image I whipped up? You may use it free of charge, of course. Hopefully it helps! :P though as Plingggggg points out, I should really have the minor edit box checked..

You don't need to tell someone you've reported them on GWW:NOTICE. In fact, that's counterproductive - the entire point of reporting someone's actions to the sysops is so that they (the sysops) can take action, and keep user disputes from growing out of hand.
