- Received upon accepting The Destroyer Challenge quest.

- Each player can use them once per minute, but only when Destroyers are nearby.
- For 60 seconds after each use, you are under the effect of Alkar's Concoction, which prevents these items from being spammed.
- Alkar will continue to give you new concoctions as long as you do not have any in inventory (allowing you to get several without abandoning the quest).
- To collect additional concoctions, simply ask Alkar about his quest.
- They look like Jars of Honey. Beware of scams.
