Ascalon's Chosen was a legendary guild of Ascalon. Led by King Adelbern, its members included Devona's father Mordakai and Vanyi's father. During the Guild Wars, it met with much success and was one of the few which stood above the wanton corruption amongst the guilds of that time, but was disbanded after many of the members were killed. All that remains of it now is a lost memory. They had their residence in the fortress of Kyhlo.
