The Deldrimor Talisman is the Guild Wars Prophecies end-game item that you receive in the Droknar's Forge (explorable area) by talking to King Jalis Ironhammer. Each character that completes the mission Hell's Precipice their first time, thus completing the campaign, can only gain this once, whether or not they redo Hell's Precipice. Trade it to one of the below Artisans located in Droknar's Forge for a unique item.
