Ronsu can be found in the southern parts of Sunqua Vale, not far from the water.

"My powers are quite over your head, I am afraid. You should search Sunqua Vale and find my underling, Ronsu. He is the perfect choice to begin your training in the elemental arts, since his skill is minimal, at best.
Accept: "I will look for Ronsu.""
Decline: "I have something else to do, first.""
Ask: "Can you not find Ronsu? I tell you, he waits in Sunqua Vale! Be gone."
