A quest item for the quest the Gift of Giving. Elder Skruuj will give you five of these to be delivered to several NPCs in Istan. Like most quest items, these cannot be sold to merchants and cannot be salvaged.

- These should not be confused with the Wintersday Gifts, which has the same appearance.
Bug.If several players in the same party have this quest active, only the character who talks to an NPC will actual lose a Special Present from their inventory. All the players with the same quest will not lose a present but the quest will still update for all the involved players.
