A Special Present is a quest item that must be delivered to various NPCs in Istan to complete The Gift of Giving. Elder Skruuj (in Kamadan) will provide five presents; each must be delivered to a different explorable area on the island.

Anomaly.When more than one player in the same party has this quest active, only the character who talks to a gift recipient will actual lose a Special Present. However, the quest will correctly update for all players.
