Talk:Concussion Shot
From Guild Wars Wiki
have they changed this skill? i seem to recall it stunning the victim, i used it against the clone you fight during ascension. am sure it stunned him. he just stood there for 18 seconds while i beat on him. dont think the skill would do that now. course this was a long time ago, ranger was my 1st chaaracter. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 63.255.167.202 (talk • contribs) 15:23, 29 October 2007 (UTC).
- No, as far as I know, this skill has not changed much from the way it has been introduced with Guild Wars Prophecies. --

Wow, only that much damage? Getting shot in the mouth must do more damage that that =P.Hasaple 01:11, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Sigh!
Oh my, even with high expertise this still reqs too much energy. I know this is a non-elite daze, but still... Spear swipe isn't 25e last time I saw! Ninjas In The Sky 15:14, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
spear swipe isn't 26 seconds of daze(considering you're using silencing bow at 15 marksman) Close Impact 18:37, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
- oh and this isn't linked2primary attribute Close Impact 18:38, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
- Table is wrong. R12 supposed to be 17 seconds of daze. Unofficial wiki has it right :P --74.171.70.24 05:32, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- It seems to be an issue with the mathematical progression. No clue how to fix that. Krelus Derian 18:06, 24 July 2008 (UTC)

concussion shot>broadhead arrow Much quicker recharge. If using 12-13expertise its 5e more then BHA but its also non-elite--Justice 10:37, 2 September 2008 (UTC)
- And requires interrupting. BHA is maintainable and you don't have to wait for them to be using a spell. BHA is still much better. 173.67.18.86 16:49, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Interrupts only if dazed
Just shot an AotL MM twice with concussion shot, both of them landed on death nova. But neither time the necro was dazed nor interrupted. The necro probably had infuse condition. Can someone confirm it and add an anomaly tag to the article. I have no idea how to do it thanks. -GodofJur 02:32, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
[edit] The Concise is incorrect
The Daze isn't dependent on interrupting a spell. The Daze is still applied if the target was casting a spell. I just tested this out with a bunch of Naga archers and Mantra of Resolve. Still got dazed through Mantra.(Japanties 17:12, 29 July 2009 (UTC))
- It is correct, all interupts apply their effects even if they dont interupt. This includes all mesmer interupts. Reverting because there is no bug.--Silven 00:22, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
