Notes

• This skill is used by Inquisitor Bauer during Wanted: Inquisitor Bauer‎.
• This skill is subject to increased attack speed cap of 33%. Can counter decreased attack speed with the remaining amount.
• With the exception of Racing Beetles, this skill doubles the movement speed of animal companions from their inherent 25% to 150%.

Bug.Rather than causing skills to activate faster, this causes spells to be cast instantly and has no effect on other skill types.
