Walkthrough

Head northwest along the road from Haversdan and follow the road to Green Hills County. Warmaster Grast is standing near where you entered, before the large statue of Balthazar.

"If you wish to advance your skills as a Warrior, you should study under Warmaster Grast in Green Hills County. If you follow the road northwest from town and pay attention to the signs, you shouldn't have any trouble finding Green Hills County. Grast will be near the statue of Balthazar."
