Painted Bird's Issue
- ISSUE: Compared to some other smiting skills, Banish is boring, if not weak.
- Suggestion: I propose having it yield an energy return if it strikes a summoned creature.
- Change function to: Target foe is struck for x.....y..z holy damage. If that foe was a summoned creature, you gain 3 energy. This skill deals double damage to summoned creatures (like any smiting skill).
- All other numeric variables can stay the same (cost, activation, recharge, damage output).
- Alternate Suggestion: This skill can also be changed to more resemble its title.
- Change function to: Target foe is struck for x.....y..z holy damage. If that foe was a summoned creature, it is destroyed and this skill takes an additional x.....y..z seconds to recharge. This skill deals double damage to summoned creatures.
- The double damage will still apply to undead foes in PvE, but the instant destruction effect will only take place if it hits an animated undead minion or a bound spirit.

Yullive's Issue --15:50, 13 January 2009 (UTC)
- Issue: To weak skill
- Suggestion: Realy banish the target.
- 10112 Hex Spell. For 1...4...5 seconds, target moves 90% slower, cannot attack, all attacks against the target miss and it gains immunity to physical damage, but loses 25% more health points by elemtal damage.
- 10112 Hex Spell. For 1...6...7 seconds, target foe moves 90% slower, cannot attack, all attacks against the target miss and it gains immunity to physical damage, but loses 25% more health points by elemtal damage.

Comments & Suggestions Here, Please
- Issue
- This skill has relatively ignorable damage and is in an attribute that needs to be buffed without making it able to heal too much (which would cause balance problems in a lot of places) Focusing the buffs on mainly foe-targeted spells makes it easier to buff Smiting without making anything imbalanced. Having this deal AoE to summoned creatures would make it easier to counter armies of minions and spirits which would be particularly useful against MMs in places such as AB, or against a Ritualist healer. The suggestion below works sort of like Spiritual Pain, except the second packet is only dealt to summoned creatures. It would allow a Smiter to damage the spawner of the creatures and the creatures at once.
