Lancy's Issue -Active Rituals-

Issue
-Making it active
-Knockdown thingie is meh

Suggestion

PvP Version

5 Energy¼ Activation time8 Recharge time - (Spawning Power) - Elite Binding Ritual. "Create a level 1...5...6 Spirit. The next time a non-spirit foe within it's range is struck by its attack, that foe is knocked down and the spirit dies. Wanderlust dies after 12 seconds. (50% Failure Chance with Spawning Power 4 or less)." For every 3 ranks in Spawning Power, Wanderlust lasts 1 second longer.

PvE Version

5 Energy¼ Activation time8 Recharge time - (Spawning Power) - Elite Binding Ritual. "Create a level 1...5...6 Spirit. The next 1...5...6 times Wanderlust strikes a non-spirit foe, that foe is knocked down. This Spirit dies after 1...5...6 knockdowns have been made. Wanderlust dies after 12 seconds." For every 3 ranks in Spawning Power, Wanderlust lasts 1 second longer. --Lancy1214 22:59, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Alternate suggestion

Issue
It's a bit too passive, takes ages to cast, and ranges from a few random KDs to KD-locking people loads.
Suggestion
How about a simple slight re-work:
10 Energy 3 Activation time 25 Recharge time
Elite Binding Ritual. Create a level 1...8...10 Spirit. This Spirit's attacks are slow and deal 5...17...20 damage. Whenever this Spirit hits a stationary foe, that foe is knocked down and the Spirit loses 50 Health. This Spirit dies after 25...37...40 seconds.
Having a shorter recharge and duration make it a bit more active. The decreased activation time also make it a lot easier to use. However, making its attacks slower than normal (maybe 3Activation time rather than 2Activation time) would make it a lot easier to deal with once up (you would be able to kite about and maybe cast something fast, et.c.). Having it as a slightly higher level and dealing damage also make it a bit more elite-worthy and make up for this.
