The Dread Mask is obtained from Lars Bridgeater in Cathedral of Flames for 25 Golden Rin Relics. It has an Item's Attribute +1 bonus.
Dye[edit]
Dye affects the face of the mask but does not affect the eyes, hair, horn-like protrusions, and the grey area around the mouth.

- Completely replaces your hair, like the Ice Crown, but with black hair instead of white.
Bug.The mask vanishes when it is underwater.
