Feedback:User/Manifold/Limit secondary spirit spamming

Spirits have recently been buffed. That's great. However, they have been buffed to such an extent and in such a way that people are using spirit spamming builds on any class with four pips of energy regen, and Rangers. Ritualists do get the advantage of higher attributes and Spawning Power, but it isn't enough to set them apart from other classes, which shouldn't be the case.

Lower spirit levels. Have Spawning Power increase summoned creatures' levels. Perhaps one level per 4 ranks. This will make Spawning truly important to a Ritualist and discourage the use of N/Rt healers over primary Ritualists. It will also help Ritualists become better minion masters. As it is now a Ritualist with 16 Spawning/12 Death makes minions with barely more health than a Necromancer with 16 Death. This small difference is outweighed by the fact that the minions are lower level, and thus take more damage.

Tie Summon Spirits to Spawning Power. Skills like Critical Agility have been modified in the past to stop their abuse by secondaries. Summon Spirits' healing could be tied to Spawning Power, or perhaps the recharge could be effected by it.

Move Spirit Siphon to Spawning Power. Spirit Siphon's buff is great, but by limiting it to primary Ritualists it will make other classes have to make decisions about how they will manage their energy effectively as spirit spammers. Essence Strike and Offering of Spirit (which is worse than Spirit Siphon despite being elite) are still available for spell casting Ritualists, which generally only have one or two spirits.

Many Ritualist spirit spammers also use 12 in Channeling and Communing, with the remaining 3 in Spawning, despite the intention of primary passive effects being highly desireable. These changes would keep these Ritualists strong, but give them more incentive to spread their points out a bit and perhaps would result in some Spawning Power skills being used more often.
