We'll see about that..... Karate Jesus 18:19, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Lol after seeing a lot of people buying them in Spamadan... that's a lot of plat for a standard item. Ha ha ha. --smøni 18:24, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- For how much did those go? Future 18:25, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- The axe with 2 +30 mods was going for between 60-80e. Karate Jesus 18:28, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Haha awesome, Congrats to those who were able to sell for 30e+... and those who did pay... you deserved this update lol--Munkypoo7 18:31, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- I agree, surprised people didn't realize they'd be removed from the game though. Future 18:33, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- All I can say is, really smart of the guys who were selling them :D | 72 (UTC) 19:43, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Anyone who didn't see this coming is stupid. The sellers shouldn't have capitalised on it and A-Net should have restored them before a bunch of people got ripped off for being stupid. 58.106.158.34 04:24, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- That's what is cool, you can be stupid and rich at the same time in gw ;) Yseron - 86.64.70.44 11:57, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

Minions[edit]
That's great with the fix on the WaK weapons, but can they please fix up the minions? I'm sick of seeing Bone Horrors towering my Flesh Golem. Batchie 18:30, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- I actually enjoy the huge minions. <3 ♥ Tyloric ♣ 18:44, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- WaK weapons sound fun :D --Neil2250 , Portal Jumper 18:46, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Then stop using the Flesh Golem. There are better elites out there for a minion master, anyway. I think it's awesome to have 4 armies of 10 level 20 Bone Horrors, towering over anything and anyone. --Kristofferus 19:13, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- There's also the fact that larger minions means it's harder to click on objects because they're obscuring them. 68.118.250.100 21:15, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- It must be so hard to hold down the ctrl key to target, or scroll out a pan your view. You should join a local YMCA. --Wolfdm3 23:26, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- The giant minions are silly. I don't mind them being a bit bigger, but not this much, especially not when all other minions are the same size as they always were. I mean, why should a minion which is a lower level than you be so much bigger? Widowmaker 13:08, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

Quick action[edit]
Commend the update team for the quick and correct action to this problem. Sorry to those who lost the cash but anyone with that much ecto to buy and item should have expected an action like this was comming. 192.203.160.241 19:12, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Agreed. Good to see ANet has learned from their past experiences with glitched weapons. 68.118.250.100 21:15, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- This is nothing new. Remember the Rockmolder? 58.106.158.34 04:26, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
Incoming mass bans[edit]
I feel sorry for the people who haven't learned anything from history and tried selling the bugged weapons. Cya guys. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 20:03, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- They don't care. 99.37.14.53 20:03, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Can you blame the sellers? They saw a market for them and they sold them. Only people to blame is Anet, and thats minimal blame as well. (and no I did not sell any)BurrTheKing 20:30, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Yes I can. No one forced them to sell clearly bugged items; it was their choice. 128.105.143.26 21:10, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- No one forced them to buy it either. 85.144.104.9 21:34, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- I don't like anet's fudge-ups and cover-ups either. I'm only questioning what some people are thinking. "Wow, mod-able greens that can get +120 HP and double sundering? That's a total market!!" No man. It's called "We banned a lot of people today who were deliberately abusing a bug because their accounts were all TAINTED with unfair monnies." Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 22:31, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- I highly doubt that anet would bother banning people who abused or profited off of a minor bug that's only been present for a few days. --Metroid 00:04, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- If they do get banned, it won't be undeserved. However, I think it is unlikely.-- Pyron Sy 11:50, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- As long as it's not permanent. No online service should permanently ban someone unless they did something absolutely heinous to the level of damaging or possibly damaging another user's mental wellbeing, such as slitting their wife's throat and eating them alive piece by piece and then washing it down with a glass of their defecation on Live Cam in UnoForKids or something (and it can be proven that it wasn't a pre-recorded fake spoof). So...[edit]
You fixed the moddability of the uniques, but you didn't fix the atrocity that is the current mods on those uniques? D: What's wrong with this picture, ANet?! D: --Naoroji 20:24, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Greens should always have been moddable, IMHO. That would've been a real reward for killing a boss and getting one to drop, instead of 80% of them having ridiculous mod combos that no one would ever use. Arshay Duskbrow 20:38, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
Errors with Guild System?[edit]
Someone might have a better idea of exactly what happened, but for a few minutes someone must have pulled the 'guild' plug in guildwars. They're back now but apparently non-officers can't talk in guild/alliance chat. Very strange... anyone have more info or a better description of what happened? 24.34.116.83 20:48, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
Dyeable?[edit]
Any word on whether they're still dyeable? Lyra Valo 22:23, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- They aren't, and sadly the dye was also reverted in the update. Tidas 00:07, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- I honestly thought this would stay. The Straw Effigy has always been dyable and I was hoping these would be too. 58.106.158.34 04:29, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- yeah, i'm pretty uncontent about that. i hoped Anet would "turn them into Staw Effigies". Just dying these weapons didn't hurt the game, and now all color used on these items is kind of lost... —ZerphaThe Improver 20:56, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

Failure to run after update?[edit]
Has anyone else got this message after running guild wars for the first time after this update?
File:User Chieftain Alex Failure to Run.jpg
It ran fine after I clicked the program again.. but I had 70gb free on the disc so a curious message.. --File:User Chieftain Alex Chieftain Signature.pngChieftain Alex 11:05, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- I had the same problem. I went to my actual GW folder instead of my shortcut on my toolbar to launch the game it was fixed. I also rebooted in there, so not sure what actually fixed the problem. (Usaf1a8xx 17:03, 26 May 2010 (UTC))
- i had the same! but i just restarted my comp and it worked fine ^_^ --Neil2250 , Portal Jumper 17:51, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
