Thanks![edit]

I'm happy to see that my feedback was taken into account, even the suggestions. I'm gonna give the new monk elite a try --Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 23:45, 30 April 2020 (UTC)

Hopefully this means they will look into tuning other existing skills so it just does not go back to the way it was before the skills since the ones getting buffed have no use and the ones getting nerfed were the only things that actually made an impact on things. I would love to see some of the insanely weak skills gain purpose instead of just making the new things less playable.Shade the (talk) 23:47, 30 April 2020 (UTC)
Ruine there is no individual in particular who can take credit for their feedback having been reviewed and approved by Arenanet, unless they were to specifically say so. A lot of players suggested changes to the new elite skills. For all we know, they could have designed these changes in house without even reviewing any input from the community. I'm sorry, but have I hurt you in some way? If so I'm sorry again for what I did. Could you leave me to my delusions? - - Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 00:36, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
It's alright. As soon as I read the patch notes I thought "that's exactly what Ruine said!". --DANDY ^_^ -- 04:30, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
Thank you Dandy, you have been very kind to me. Soldier I hope you can forgive me. I didn't mean to brag on.-Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 07:04, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
I also want to thank ANet and everyone involved that they released this patch so quickly (other games need a month or longer), listened to player feedback and implemented a lot of good stuff. Very nice and really appreciated! Steve1 (talk) 07:26, 1 May 2020 (UTC)

Over the limit[edit]

It looks like Over the Limit still causes infinite overcast - I assume this is what was supposed to be fixed? Also, i'm not sure if the recharge buff can make this skill more attractive. --Smiley™ de: user | talk 00:32, 1 May 2020 (UTC)

It's already much better than before. Now it's at least usable. I agree that the suggestion from wooden potatoes would have been also interesting (instead of incurring overcast, curing overcast)-- Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 00:43, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
Wait, it was an error on my end - my staff had a "Have Faith" inscription, so when i released the enchantment i ended up at -5 energy. --Smiley™ de: user | talk 00:57, 1 May 2020 (UTC)

Free Birds (winds of change)[edit]

This patch broke the Free Birds quest. At the prison camp, the instance crashes as soon as you gain all the NPC allies and the ministry guards turns hostile. 104.191.30.80 02:46, 1 May 2020 (UTC)

Were you using the new skills or weapons? Did it happen once or is it always the case ? - - Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 07:10, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
It consistently crashed me out regardless of what I tried. I tried it with both the new skills and completely vanilla to the new patch. HM/NM didn't matter - neither did taking full heroes, full players, or a mixed team. As soon as all of the tengu prisoners become allies the instance dies and the game kicks everyone out. (same guy as above, just replying from mobile)
What skills in particular? If not taking any new skill or weapons, does it work? Can you isolate the faulty element? - - Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 12:15, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
I started off with a heroic refrain paragon, and then switched to a standard imbagon. The instance crashed regardless of what we tried, including taking nothing from before the patch and even flagging everyone out of compass range before triggering the prison guard's dialogue. The only constant was that it crashed the exact moment that the Tengu prisoners became allies instead of NPCs.
It should come from an invisible fix then, not from the skills themselves. Adding bug template. - - Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 13:35, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
Thank you! I'm bad at the wiki so your adding the bug template is greatly appreciated :)
I am not an expert either, I don't know whether the dev have a way to check the bug by templates. You may have better luck contacting them on their user page. I think they'll be interesting by game-breaking bugs--Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 16:15, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
