Clan Nexus is a german guild that reformed lately under new lead and as a dedicated GvG guild.
We enjoy the balanced gameplay style but we understand Build Wars is part of the game and its strategic component.
History
Clan Nexus was founded at the very beginning of Guild Wars and focused on PvE. With the release of factions, CneX grew in member size, took part in Luxon faction farming and was part of an alliance that held Cavalon.
With the release of Nightfall, PvP became more important and Liserl Croft established the Dual-Sinspike in 6vs6 HA that made Clan Nexus famous as an HA guild.
With the return of 8vs8 HA, the line-up changed, R12 ranked members stopped playing and CneX educated a second generation of PvP players. We bridged the gap of unsecure line-ups with a bit of TV-style rangerspiking and heavy damage-over builds (Dual Savannah, Deep Freeze and Earthquake/Dragon Stomp) until we established the Shockwave balanced (Liserl's Bavaria Balanced), that suited most of our players "spiky" playstyle.
The second generation of players got bored with HA and some of them wanted to concentrate on GvG. This is when the guild became inactive because those players left and gathered experience in other guilds while the remaining players chose not to continue a heroes' ascent core team.
In November 2008, CneX reformed under new lead as an GvG guild with players that gathered experience in Hobby Horse [pwny], Honor and Strength [HnS], Team Evernight [tE], Apprime Above Everything [Apr], and Virtual Escape [vE] respectively Revive Teammates [rezz].
