FINE, has a recruiting requirement. We ask our recruits to go through a interview of why they want to join and what they want to get out of the guild. We are both PVE and PVP players working on titles Ex.(Hero, Kurzick, Vanquishing, Cartographer, Protector, and etc). Also if you were wondering, no we do not have a rank requirement.
