Invisible Monsters [iM] is a reform of Tico Circus [cLwN] (peaked r250) with a less terrible name (Note: Tico made the guild so direct all name-related complaints towards him). We play American times at around 9 pm EST onwards. We will be doing the July '09 mAT.
GvG Recruitment
At the moment, we are looking for a:
Understands that the ranger is a dynamic, multi-tasking position whose responsibilities include but are not limited to: shutdown/disruption, movement control, flag control, split control, base ganking, and condi pressure; instinctively knows when to push, split, or collapse; instinctively knows what to shutdown depending on whether the team is on offensive or defensive mode; coordinates offense with the warriors; assists the flagger in base defense; has excellent battlefield awareness, survival instincts, and communication.
General Requirements (applies to all positions)
Mature, loyal, respectful, intelligent, active, and vocal; makes plays / calls regardless of what position he is playing and does not need to be told what to do and where to be; takes responsibility for his position; understands that getting kills, securing morale, base defense, and keeping split characters alive is EVERYBODY's responsibility; takes time to build rapport and synergy with team members (vent is a very useful tool for this... we have an extremely entertaining vent with a bunch of colorful characters ^_^); respects the playing schedule and informs the team if they can't make a certain date.
