Got Anchor? The Boat Crew is a social / PvX guild that was formed in March 2006. Most of the members come from a PvE background but many are no stranger to the various arenas on the Battle Isles and beyond. The Boat Crew started not as a guild but as a gathering of people after there was an in-game "protest" for the addition of the Ascended Tormentors Armor. Many players spent the best part of a week camped around the Frog in Lion's Arch International 1. When our wishes were answered in the form of new shiny armor many of us had forged good friendships and did not want to leave those behind. The founders were in guilds of one, had multiple accounts or were in guilds that were sadly coming to the end of their run. The natural step was to form a guild. Over the next few weeks we grew with people we met at the protest and some brought friends along who were in similar situations.

• Members of the Crew are often the ones behind the logs of Gaile and The Frog Chats that appear on various Fansites.
