Cause for Desysoping

I submit the following evidence that User:Poke is worthy of being desysoped.

1. Poke's removal of my vote tally [1] thereby showing his usage of his sysop status to bully other users.
2. Poke's favoritism towards other sysops by not similarly removing Tanaric's vote tally [2]
3. Poke previously using his bot Wikichu to tally votes in the past elections [3]
4. Poke making a claim that vote result lists are "completely useless" [4] when he in the past has used his bot to publish similar lists. (See exhibit 3)

Summary of complaint: Poke appears to be using his sysop status to 1) bully other users, 2) favor other sysops, and 3) monopolize the vote tally publication business. Other users have stated that my vote tallies were useful [5]. So why is poke engaging in anti-competitive practices by not allowing other users (besides himself) to post vote tallies? As this is an election where votes are public, there is no need for the vote totals to be kept secret until the end of the election. I call into question Poke's soundness of mind for saying the vote totals are "completely useless" when he in the past has used a bot to publish such vote totals. Poke didn't use his bot to tally the votes, he used them to publish the votes, to users that might follow the elections via non-wiki methods (Twitter), and so would not be able to read, say, a post on a talk page. -- FreedomBound 19:00, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

Answers:

1. There was no use of sysop powers, and I have explained that on my talk page as well. I was only acting as a user, based on comments before and based on how that section evolved.
2. Eh.. After that vote tally, the discussion about it actually started, this has nothing to do with who posted that list; I wasn't even looking at the user name then, because I didn't care. In the same way I would have also reverted Pling or Tanaric.
3. Off-wiki, and never as a complete listing. It was only a short summary of the top 3.
4. Uselessness is always related to the actual effort you need to invest. And having to update that list on-wiki over and over again because single votes changed is useless; especially as it is of no interest.

He is the only person requesting the reconfirmation. It is a blatant troll post can it not just be removed like any other troll/vandalism post? There is no reason to be moving forward with this.
