Mantle! Blade! Citizen! Be not fooled by the Peacekeeper. Some of those of the White Mantle have seen their heinous crime, and we do not wish to be part of the men who hire mere brigands and bandits to keep “peace” in the land. The Mantle are corrupt and have become blinded by their greed and their zealousness. But worry not! For the MantleCon shall not be! Our group is small, but we wish for peace, not war.

We are the Shining Mantle. We will continue the MantleCon to promote the true teachings of Saul! We shall not give in to greed or fall victim to those who wish to rule. We follow Confessor Isaiah no more for we do not believe he can be trusted – he may not be the one who hired the Peacekeeper, but he allows them to do what crimes they are doing!

We shall follow Salma, descendant of Doric, and we shall promote co-existence between Mantle and Blade. There are some of us who still worship the Unseen Ones, despite the allegations, but we hold no grudges to those who do or do not. There will be those who think Salma may be as incompetent as her father, King Jadon, but those who do are not out to dethrone her, but to help fix her mistakes!

We support Kryta. We support humanity. We are people of co-existence!

The Golden Theatre:

Fellow Reformers, before there were plans to have a play of the fall of the late Confessor Dorian. But the reformation calls for a new tale! The tale shall bring back the memory of the founder of the organization, Saul, and the memory of his teachings – the true teachings of the White Mantle, those which even the Shining Blade refuse to acknowledge anymore! To do such, we shall show you of the time when the founders of the reformation removed their veils of lies from their eyes!

But to do such, we shall need volunteers, for our group is still small. The roles are as follows:

• A male elementalist
• A male monk
• A male warrior
• A male and female peasant
• A peacekeeper or two(male or female)

Costume Contest:

The oldest activity of the MantleCon shall return once more! The costume contest shall be to test how large your faith is. We shall have a contest for the best dressed as a White Mantle, the best dressed as our Unseen Lords, and the best dressed as a Jade Armor.

Be careful of what you choose, for there shall only be three winners of each.

The Costume Contest will, of course, be retained in the MantleCon. However, we will take this time not to dress up as the Unseen Ones, but instead to allow the new members of the Shining Mantle to create their own uniform idea. That’s right – design your own uniform for the Shining Mantle and we shall judge those we like. The top three will win prizes!

There will be, of course, limits to the uniforms. They must be of bright colors – preferably of white and gold – and the uniform must not have clashing pieces (that is, it needs to look good!).

Search for the Unseen:

We have sent many scouts out into the wilderness. Because many believe our Unseen Lords have taken cover in the jungles, they have wished to go there, though not all have gone into the jungles. We have lost track of five of our scouts, it is up to you, fellow believer, to seek them out and find what news they have.

The scouts who were sent out do not yet know of the reformation, nor of the Peacekeepers even. I doubt many of them will come to our cause, but we can only hope for the best. It will be up to you, fellow reformer, to find the scouts and let them know of what has happened!

When you find the scouts give them this message:

"The Mantle lost its way and kills innocents, reformation begun, the reformers work for good of Kryta."

Golem Invasion:

Despite having the reformation, it seems that the golems are still coming to the event. Unfortunately, it appears that we’ll have to fight before we can negotiate with the Shining Blade. The Golems, having no will of their own, will not turn back from their quest.

The Strongest Jade Armor:

One of those who were given the ability to create a Jade Armor has joined us in our purpose. With her knowledge, we shall create a Jade Armor to combat the one that the White Mantle intends to create. What we'll need is as follows:

• "1 stone of the Unseen’s greatest foes"
• "3 inscriptions of a fallen god"
• "1 dwarven hammer of a fiery dungeon"
• "2 ruby eyes of a powerful caster"
• "8 claws of a keen demon of Cantha"
• "2 essences of a celestial being"
• "1 book of a new god"

Side Activities:

We cannot have a festival without the good ol’ side activities! We’ve refreshed this year’s organization with these, where before gambling was a mixture of trivia, rock paper scissors, and mime activities, we have separated all three. Along with that, we have organized vendors to sell ale, sweets, and party items. Don’t hoard them all, we only have a limited supply.

The cap is at five points and the prices for the vendors are as follows:

• Ale – 50 gold
• Sweets – 50 gold
• Party Items – 75 gold
