weird description

At which point do i have "50% fast casting"? When i have reached 10 of possible 20 ranks of fast casting, or when i cast my spells 50% faster, which would relate to 15 ranks in fast casting.
It's likely the second one, the description should better be "cast spells 50% faster". The problem would be the lacking mention of faster signet casting - that wasn't the case when this skill was born. No, it's bad skill wording. This causes 50% faster casting, not 50% more Fast Casting. RitualDoll 05:28, 18 August 2008 (UTC)

Isn't this just a "HCT of spells (100%)" with a (very) misleading description?

Meh, I can't really test HCT/HRS with my 1000+ms ping. Too much lag, I can't even say if 5s casting time spells (like Meteor Shower took 1.25s (40/40) or 10s (dazed). :P

Perhaps someone with a better ISP could check this (with and without weapon modifiers) to see if spells can be spammed faster... --NIN37 12:16, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

Tested without weapon mods and it appeared to HCT of all spells. No signets or other skills were affected, only spells. Misleading text indeed. --70.158.147.46 21:58, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

I just tested this

and it's possible to keep this skill usable in your skill bar after using it.

echo -> Celestial Haste -> wait like 20-25 seconds ( so the echoed C.H. almost expires -> Arcane Echo -> echoed Celestial Haste -> echo recharges -> repeat 86.91.141.232 14:41, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

The skill only has a 15 second duration so waiting 20-25 seconds makes it not maintainable. Also, there are consumables if you really wanted to maintain this type of effect. Karate Jesus 22:05, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
