Little late, but I got mine from Zaishen Chest and its Req 11 str, HP+27, and reduce daze 20%--Flaming Renegade 20:09, 9 January 2010 (UTC)

Rarity

I was in a group in HM in Nahpui Quarter mission and we got 3 celestial shield drops. Was this just really good luck or did ANET make them less rare?Woodtsunami 03:22, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

I'm beginning to wonder if the strength attribute ones are super rare or I'm just cursed, lol. For the past 3 years I farmed these things and only ever got tactics att. I know strength ones are out there, just never seen one drop. Nay the One and Only 05:05, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
