the bow sucks! imo i saw the invetory icon and tought it was really awesome but it sucks :/ The Holy Dragons 09:03, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Sure the skin note is right? Its definitely the forked bow model, but looks reskinned. Or maybe I just haven't seen anyone bother to dye one white ever. :P Lillium 09:08, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

I think you're right - same model, but a re-skin. Jimbo32 19:53, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Omg the name is so ironic as Izzy can't balance GW

Note[edit]

Is hilarious. 114.78.8.119 10:57, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Yup, including me, probably the best joke ever Wohlert Mesmer-tango-icon-20.png talk.to.meh' 11:01, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

This bow sucks! Even it's name says so. Waar Kijk Je Naar 11:41, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Type?[edit]

What type of bow is this? Hornbow, Longbow, Recurve? -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 01:49, 11 July 2010 (UTC)

I assume it's recurve based on the replica and counterpart information. It's also fittingly the "balanced" bow type. Manifold User Manifold Neptune.jpg 02:01, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
But has this actually been tested and confirmed? -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 02:08, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
Yes, it's a recurve, - Tanetris 02:43, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
tested it on isle of the nameless it's a recurve ^^ (still fugly imo) The Holy Dragons 07:48, 11 July 2010 (UTC)

It's a bow?[edit]

I always thought that Izzy used a nerfbat.

I guess he broke it. Swung it one too many times. 114.77.108.48 09:06, 5 September 2010 (UTC)

Move[edit]

Looking at Guild_Wars_Wiki:Formatting/Article_names this should be moved to "Isaiah's Balance (unique)" rather than "Isaiah's Balance (bow)". Manifold User Manifold Neptune.jpg 15:47, 19 July 2010 (UTC)

You mean the "Wayward Wand over Wayward Wand (unique)" example? I think what that's supposed to show is that the most common usage gets the name while the more specialized usage gets the name and a parenthetical showing how it differs. Here, there is no non-unique version but there is a non-weapon/non-bow version. Actually, it might even be more appropriate to move the weapon to Isaiah's Balance and the skill to Isaiah's Balance (skill) since the bow will be around forever but the skill will probably never be seen again after the War in Kryta. --Irgendwer 18:45, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
It specifically mentions skills getting precedence over items. Otherwise, Stone Crusher (weapon) refers to the unique rather than the boss, and Quivering Blade (weapon) refers to a unique rather than the skill, so maybe "Isaiah's Balance (weapon)" would be more appropriate. Manifold User Manifold Neptune.jpg 18:53, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
You're right. Ignore the last part of what I said. Isaiah's Balance (weapon) sounds fine too. --Irgendwer 19:10, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
I agree on the move to Isaiah's Balance (weapon) it was very late when I created the page and didn't know or feel like searching for proper disambig and used the only one I could remember that being for Draconic Scythe (unique). --User Tenri My image.jpg Tenri 18:53, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
