Sir Tydus / Warmaster Tydus[edit]

Hi Eldin,

I had made the article "Sir Tydus". Meantime I think it is better to make one article "Tydus" and two redirects from "Sir Tydus" and "Warmaster Tydus". What think you? Greetings Kerish 15:29, 12 February 2007 (PST)

Sure. I remember that the old GuildWiki did that with Tydus and some other pre-searing characters. Simply because it linked to a separate article on Warmaster Tydus, I thought you wanted it to be that way, but, yeah, it would be a good idea. -Eldin 16:13, 12 February 2007 (PST)
Update: I added Warmaster Tydus' information to Sir Tydus' article in a similar fashion to how it was on GuildWiki (though on GuildWiki they shared one character box, don't know if we should proceed with that or not). -Eldin 16:17, 12 February 2007 (PST)
Thanks. I had made an Image of Warmaster Tydus and transfert Sir Tydus to Tydus with an Redirect from Sir Tydus to Tydus. Kerish 22:37, 12 February 2007 (PST)
Alright. I edited the Warmaster Tydus article to redirect to Tydus as well (and removed any links to the warmaster article). -Eldin 12:49, 13 February 2007 (PST)

IE[edit]

Booo! BooOoOOOOoOOooOoo! K, I'm done -FireFox File:Firefoxav.png 20:29, 6 March 2007 (EST)

Heh. I expected something along those lines. :) Now we just need a User:Mozilla and we're all set. File:Esig2.png Eldin 20:31, 6 March 2007 (EST)
Or User:Opera and User:Lynx. :P Kalomeli 18:11, 11 March 2007 (EDT)
Heh, with all those you can go on a User:Safari. I just LOVE those ;-) —MarkL File:User Heart.png (talk - contribs) 19:39, 9 April 2007 (EDT)
I wish I didn't crack the Lynx user name yet. I bet you can find quite a few User:Lynx on a User:Safari! File:Esig2.jpg Eldin 19:41, 9 April 2007 (EDT)

Copyvio[edit]

Could you please redo your Bloodstone article in the correct place (Talk:Bloodstone/Temp)? The whole original article must be delete completely, not just wiped clean in order to remove all the copyright violations from the history. Thanks.  :) --Rainith 17:42, 17 March 2007 (EDT)

Ohhh, I always wondered what was with some Talk:<article>/Temp pages I've seen around the wiki. Done. File:Esig2.jpg Eldin 17:44, 17 March 2007 (EDT)
Thank you.  :) I'll do the deleting and moving now, and it will be like nothing happened.  ;) --Rainith 17:48, 17 March 2007 (EDT)

I'll drink to that[edit]

templates being categorized[edit]

User:Eldin/Boxes and User:Eldin/Userpage are being categorized in Category:Users_who_patrol_Recent_Changes along with your main userpage - mind fixing that? (You can put the source code of those templates inside <includeonly></includeonly> tags to make it so that they won't auto-categorize themselves.) User Image: Eldinprof.jpg[edit]

The image you uploaded (Image:Eldinprof.jpg) does not comply with the Guild Wars Wiki user image naming policy and has been tagged for deletion. Feel free to re-upload the image under a correct name. Thanks, -FireFox File:Firefoxav.png 04:48, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Sorry. This is an ancient image that I stopped using once I revised my userpage. At this time I have no use for it on the wiki (I DO have the image on my computer still). When, and if, I decide to use this image again, I'll reupload it as such. File:Esig2.jpg Eldin 23:07, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
You appeared to have been notified of incorrectly named images before. Here's another: Image:Glinthenched.jpg. Please re-upload. Thanks. -- ab.er.rant sig 02:23, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

All images you want to use on your userpage has to follow the policy (GWW:USER). Image:Warriormonk.png and Image:Rangermes.png are up for deletion because of naming, feel free to reupload them with better names :) - anja talk 09:41, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Your page breaks in Firefox[edit]

You may not know it but your userpage floats everything to the right of your userboxes regardless of window size (in Firefox). You might want to try adding {{clear}} after your userboxes to bring the freshness of your userpage to Firefox users, as well. ^^ - Thulsey Zheng - talk 01:58, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

To the best of my knowledge, Firefox (and not the User) has become successful to the point where it is most likely that half the world is denied my wonderful "not edited in years" of a userpage, though I'm returning to GW somewhat from my third hiatus. Likely I will be working on the wiki again, and this includes my page. I am not sure how to figure out how to fix this at this time as I do not have FireFox and cannot check (and sadly, even something as wonderful as this wiki isn't worth just putting in a new browser). I will try your suggestion - can you upload a screenshot of what I assume to be a hideously mutilated pile of evil? File:Esig2.jpg Eldin 15:09, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
Heh. Yeah. Probably not worth it to install a whole new browser, I agree; that's why I left a note. I tried "Show Preview" on your page and the following fixes it in FF without breaking it in IE:
<center>{{User:Eldin/BoxesTop}}</center>
{{clear}}
<center>{{User:Eldin/Userpage}}</center>

- Thulsey Zheng - talk 08:24, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

To complicate things further, I implemented a [moderately] shiny new navbar recently, though I followed the same pattern and placed {{clear}} after that. Let me know if Mister Fox (and not this Mister Fox) is pleased. File:Esig2.jpg Eldin 14:09, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
The Fox is happier now. ^^ - Thulsey Zheng - talk 04:43, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
