Background:

My name is Dahn, I am twenty-four years old. I have been a gamer for as long as I can recall. I began playing Guild Wars during the beta events. I usually play a couple of hours each day. I spend most of my time in PvE. I also enjoy playing low end PvP such as random arena, alliance battles, and competitive missions. I have My Guild Hall Smells of Rich Mahogany on my paragon, and Kind of a Big Deal on necromancer and ranger.

A few of the other games I enjoy playing include Sid Meier's Pirates, New Horizons: Uncharted Waters, Super Smash Brothers, and Final Fantasy VI. I also like the Magic The Gathering card game. I used to play Dungeon and Dragons, Vampire: the Masquerade, etc, but it's been a long time.

I recently got a job with the Boy Scouts! I am incredibly excited about it. I get to spend time outside and work with youth, and I have the opportunity to travel. Before that I was an ecologist working in conjunction with the Louisville Zoo. I hope to have my masters in biology soon, even though I don't really need it. I think I'm going to be a student for life lol.

I enjoy all sorts of outdoorsy things. Cycling and hiking are my absolute favorite, but I enjoy badminton and racquetball also, even though they aren't necessarily outdoor sports. I very much dislike yard work though. I do have a nice rock garden, but it's not because I'm good with plants. It's just totally magic that it looks good. I also enjoy reading while lounging outside. I have a list of favorite books, but it's far too long to list here.
