To the very west, there are two Charr groups of 5 members and there also is a fast patrol of four stalkers with a very large pathing route. The different ground levels in the area have many access points, pick the one which offers better obstruction walls to reduce incoming damage and disadvantage of fighting in lower height.
Stefan's build replication by Koss effectivly uses Savage Slash often, which can be used to say Stefan doesn't have it in any outpost he stand with level 6.
