Which version do you want, the long or the short one? All right, the short one is: the castration of anything related to design / presentation of guild pages. And a more comprehensive one would be: do we want the ability to have customizable Guild and Alliance infoboxes, should we be allowed to substitute the default guild page backgrounds or fonts? I will write all who i know the same message... I have a problem, not exactly me, but my guild m8. He now plays on trial, before et he had all versions of GW and some stuffs. And one day he want to enter the game, but cant... He said he was banned because he used real money ingame, but he didnt use it... And he asked me if can i help him... So i try to ask you can you help thet guy??? If you cant unban, then tell please who can or if it automaticly unbans then pleaase say when... Hi Anele Mea, please note, as Wyn already said, that this wiki is driven by the player community, so the only thing we can do about game account issues is directing you to the support. For especially this the support is there; they have the resources to find out if a ban was justified and only they can actually unban someone. I think the ban message also says that you should contact the support in such cases (and there is a support link on the login screen).

Also note that spreading a message on multiple user talk pages doesn't help in any way, instead it is actually a bit annoying. In most cases the people have other people's talk pages watchlisted so they will notice it anyway; also there are more suitable locations for such things like Help:Ask an account question.

I moved the section from my page (and all other pages) to your talk page, so that we actually can centralize that discussion (if other want to remove the section as well from their talk page), and merged it with your section there as well poke | talk 15:21, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

No worries. As for your guildmate's predicament, it's happened to a lot of other players, judging by the questions and requests for help that we get on the help page. It appears to be some automated detection algorithm used by ArenaNet that sometimes wrongly identifies certainly large monetary transfers as illegal. Perhaps your guildmate recently traded a lot of plats. If so, might want to mention that to support. -- ab.er.rant 01:57, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
