Total corruption[edit]
That edit summary made me laugh. You make wiki life even more fun ;) - anja 21:18, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
- Um, yeah :) I'd been playing the whole Mirza quest sequence and editting as I went. Got a bit exasperating at like the 4th or 5th quest :) --BramStoker (talk, contribs) 22:32, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

What are you doing? Why are you removing the renders from the NPC pages? You know why we have the NPC model project, do you? poke | talk 23:26, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
- Apologies, it was my understanding that bosses and such needed screencaps for the individual creature/boss? --BramStoker (talk, contribs) 23:28, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
- No, we actually want to replace all those screenshots with appropriate renders; that's why we look for NPCs that use identical renders and display that render instead of the individual screenshots. poke | talk 23:31, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
- Consider me suitably chastised and better informed now then :( I'll try and keep a closer eye on the project! --BramStoker (talk, contribs) 23:35, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

Fair usage[edit]
While my knowledge of copyright law isn't sound, my understanding is that Fair Usage doesn't actually give you any rights, it can just be used as a defence after somebody sues you. I'm guessing the goal is to avoid that step. Strangely I have always found Arenanet staff to be the least understanding of these requests to remove copyright violations. - Fair enough. It's a bit depressing that ppl jumped on this so quickly, when it was a nice quirky touch to the journal page :( --BramStoker (talk, contribs) 13:38, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
- In my experience people tend to be overzealous in enforcing copyright law, especially as there is very little documentation explaining what is and isn't allowed. I think I might drop a note on the community portal about this. Misery 13:44, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
Traveler gifts[edit]
Thanks for correcting my error. I seem to have forgotten to set the percentages to divide by a set cell, not a dynamic cell. --JonTheMon 13:03, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
- No problem, it's not too difficult exporting the table data into a CSV type file for Excel to play with! --BramStoker (talk, contribs) 23:41, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
Totals for drop research; Who? & When?[edit]
Well just noticed that I put my additions for Red Gift Bags in wrong so corrected by moving to the bottom of list. But also realized that even after my entry and someone else, that no one has re-calculated the new percentages/totals for that item. So since you are that last person I can tell from comment who did it, I thought I would inform and inquiry. Thanks! - 19:58, 2 July 2009 (UTC)

- Thanks very much folks, I did indeed: cozying up with GF and some old fashioned pedal biking at the weekend :) --BramStoker (talk, contribs) 19:41, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
Awesome name[edit]
saw it on drop research and had to say something.~Nelson (n122333) File:N122333sig image.jpg
- Er, thank you :) It's a long running forum name I use (longer than I've been playing GW!) --BramStoker (talk, contribs) 22:05, 20 December 2009 (UTC)
