Do you think you can help me with my user page? I just like how yours is but one minor issue with me, I like white backgrounds and black borders along with red text. Do you think you can help me with that? Blood

- Well thats the thing I made, I've been experimenting with your user page template on my sandbox, I just can't seem to get it to work with black borders, white background, and red text. I like how yours is set up..if you know what I mean. =] Blood

- Ah, well, the problem then would be that the border is an image and the color isn't coded as such. The only way to make it black would be to edit the original - which I no longer seem to have - or remake it - which I don't currently have the free time to do. What do you think?
I took the user page a set further actually a whole football field further I made it change hourly. Here's the link: Thought's?. I had many people advise me to not do it but Wyn told me to check with you since you're the best wiki coder she knows.

- The only problem I see with them would be all those DPLs used by {{time}} and the performance hit they could cause, but I don't think it's enough to hammer the wiki as long as it's kept on your userpage only (that is, away from pages that are visited frequently), and I haven't really been around for a while so I don't know how the image cache behaves these days, but I don't think those images alone will give too much trouble). However, I don't really see the advantage of having it change once every hour since nobody would ever notice. If somebody visits your page, they're not likely to re-visit it again any time soon to see the color change, and when they do they will just assume you got tired of the old color and changed it. — Galil 23:08, 21 September 2008 (UTC)

- While on the subject, I don't think you should categorize your background images. You're basically making a category that can easily be mixed up amongst others in the category namespace. Any script or such that puts together a tree or such of the category structure would also include your private category.
