- Okay, Jamal. I want you to calm down, take ten deep breaths, and then think, with that grey thing up in your head, about what it is you want to say. I want you to say it in real life, out loud, and then, as you say it, type each word. Remember that the first letter of each sentence or the first letter of sentence, the first letter of proper nouns (like "Bob" and "Mephistopheles") and the word "I" are all capitalized. Capitalization means holding down the SHIFT key, underneath the caps lock and enter keys, while you press the key. Finally, before you hit "submit" at the bottom of the page, I want you to say what you've written out loud once more and this time, think carefully: "do I sound like a fucking invalid saying this?"
