The line up for PAX...
...Is a really solid one. Some of my favourite GW artists will be there (I'm not sure people know who is who - just to list a few, Kekai Kotaki made this and this and plenty of more other artwork that I'm still hoping one day will be sold at the GW's store; Kristen Perry made the original concept art for plenty of armors we see in game, like this one, Katy Hargrove designed many of the creatures we see in game such as the Imperial Phoenix, and so on), and the Arena Net panel has some really nice speakers (the Making of Nightfall DVD gives the impression that it would be rather fun to sit and discuss Guild Wars with Jeff Grubb). Congrats on being able to assemble so many interesting people for the same event; if I didn't live so far, if I had time and if my own American visa had not expired so long ago (: P) I would definitely be there. Guild Wars Collectors and GW2
Hey Regina, I know u don't know alot about Guild Wars 2 yet but I am wondering if you have collectors version of all 3 Guild Wars Chapters, will the collectors content like the Divine Aura and the New Dances go into Guild Wars 2? It would be SO much of a waste of 20-300+ extra dollars (considering if u buy Prof Collectors now they are like 200+ off Ebay and Amazon) and spending that much money not to see it in the Guild Wars 2 game content at all would upset some players. If u dont think so can u bring it up with the other Devs and give a response back from them if possible? --რiɫՒ¤§ 17:56, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- Many times Gaile, and now Regina, have said basically 'Guild Wars 2 = new game entirely', so it would be absolutely surprising if they bring anything bar Hall of Monuments possible content into Guild Wars 2. 000.00.00.00 18:15, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- They've also said that there will be CE editions of GW2, so it's possible that something like the divine aura would be gained from that. 75.146.48.190 18:58, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- Time will tell. But I think if you're paying 200+ for CE's aura, do know that it will most likely not transfer. At least you won't be disappointed. -- Alaris 19:19, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- They've also said that there will be CE editions of GW2, so it's possible that something like the divine aura would be gained from that. 75.146.48.190 18:58, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
Well they said some content will go to GW2 showing u have played the first game. Those things from the CE do not affect gameplay, how do we know when they said Its a new game that nothing from the first game will be imported mean items, money and other things u can use in game to affect ur character than a feature that is limited trhat really doesnt do anything but for show. Its something that should be looked into really. I know there is going to be a GW2 collectors but I doubt it will be the same as the older ones though. Besides the weapons from GW Halls will be showcased in GW2 I would seem fair to players who bought the CE of the original games to have it on a showcase or something or a small additional feature on their account that doesnt affect gameplay yanno. --რiɫՒ¤§ 22:46, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, but the Collector's Edition Bonuses are exclusive to Guild Wars and their respective product, it just doesn't seem right carrying on bonuses from the previous title [Guild Wars as a whole]. Divine Aura and the other bonuses are unique to Guild Wars, and should stay that way. 000.00.00.00 23:44, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
- Well if u put it like that it doesnt have to be the exact same exclusives from the previous game just something to show that u had it in GW but not exactly b/c throwing extra money away just doesnt seem right also for a game that someone that might now play anymore yanno. It can be exclusive to GW but in GW2 it should be something to show that u had it could be the same or not.
- sigh* its worth a shot but whatever say what u want throwing away $200 dollars worth of games especially CE :( Really I dont see why make a GW2 CE if if Anet makes another Guild Wars game that wont acknowledge ur dedication to the game --რiɫՒ¤§ 01:45, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
No I meant by adding how much u spent for Prof, Factions Nightfall and EotN it equals to 200 Bucks total, and spending extra for those CE to get the special in-game content in a game that will die soon because GW2 seems a little wrong to me. If you spend more for a game it shows how much u love the game itself but not shown how much u love them game within the game itself also showing that u used to play the previous game and paid more for it seems unnatural to me. Even so people buying a copy of the game that doesnt even sell anymore DRASTICALLY shows how much they love the game though it seems a little to pricey. --რiɫՒ¤§ 02:26, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
- Arenanet are acknowledging players dedication to Guild Wars, thats why they incorporated the Hall of Monuments into Eye of the North.
- I read this and went o.O? "If you spend more for a game it shows how much u love the game..." 000.00.00.00 03:11, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
- Look at it this way seeing Halo was a Big hit. If you were a BIG fan of Halo would u buy a regular edition of Halo 3 or would u buy the one with the Helmet. I would not see a non Halo fan buy the Helmet version of the game. Get it ^-^ Plus Halls is in game acknowledgments of the in game things u did but how about out game acknowledgments. Showing something in GW2 showing that u got the collectors of the first game will show it shows what u done out of game.
- I think out of Game acknowledgments should not interfere with game play with in game acknowledgments interfere with game play. Thats what Anet said they would want to get all of the players achievements in Guild Wars 2 in game or out I think it is appropriate. --რiɫՒ¤§ 03:41, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
- You want an in-game acknowledgement in Guild Wars 2 for buying CEs of Guild Wars... I still think getting a bonus because you brought a bonus is overkill. 000.00.00.00 06:08, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
Its like Guild Wars isnt it? You buy the CE and u get a ingame bonus like the Aura or the Special Dance Emotes. As also when u pre-order the game u also get in-game bonus items that no else can get if they do the same. We had that system since the actual Game came out. --რiɫՒ¤§ 15:08, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
- Guild Wars 2 ≠ Guild Wars. A few times both Gaile and Regina have said Guild Wars 2 is an entirely different game. We can't use Guild Wars character slots in Guild Wars 2, etc. Things don't carry over apart from stuff in the Hall of Monuments. The two games are seperate thus why I think the bonuses from Guild Wars won't carry into Guild Wars 2. The Bonuses from Guild Wars CEs are unique to their respective campaign, and should stay that way. I think the Hall of Monuments is enough. I do see your point, but still think it would be overkill, we'll get exclusive stuff for Guild Wars 2 as it is. [shrugs] 000.00.00.00 20:45, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
- But would that contradict the Halls itself? Its exclusive to Guild Wars but players want to bring it to Guild Wars 2 because it acknowledged their profile achievements. The reason why Anet is doing this is to bring Guild Wars players accounts into Guild Wars 2 with out anyone getting a actual head start in the game. Anet did say what u put in the halls will give you something unique in Guild Wars 2. Seeing that they are moving accounts actually to the next game would it make sense to move bonus content from one game to another to acknowledge the account u have been playing on for years on end. Even if the content is different between both games it shows what you have done on the account both in game and out doesn't it? That is what the part that I am confused on what you are saying. If you want the halls to show what you done on your account to go into guild wars 2 but bonus content showing what u did out of game should not even if the in-game content does affect the gameplay and the out-game content doesn't. --რiɫՒ¤§ 04:35, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
- Ok, you're getting me confused now.
- The Hall recognises what Arenanet considers an accomplishment and will equate to something in Guild Wars 2, rewarding the returning players for their support of Guild Wars and their continuing support of Arenanet by buying Guild Wars 2. Thats a really nice thing they're doing.
- CEs bonuses are not an accomplishment, they are a bonus related to individual campaigns. You paid a little extra and got a little extra stuff than the standard version. You're wanting continuing recognision for paying $10-$20 extra, there's no need to do it. Its just overkill.
- The only aspect Arenanet is carrying over from Guild Wars to Guild Wars 2 are the in-game accomplishments based within the Hall of Monuments [and your account information of course]; allowing all players of the Guild Wars to be recognised in some way when returning [as it were] for Guild Wars 2, setting them apart from new customers to Guild Wars 2. The CEs bonuses in Guild Wars allow players in the current product to be recognised as being CE owners. There's no real justifiable reason to carry the CE bonuses from Guild Wars into Guild Wars 2. Well, as a CE owner, I can't see a real reason, my CE bonuses are for Guild Wars: Nightfall, not Guild Wars 2. To me is just overkill and unnecessary to transfer CEs bonuses from Guild Wars to Guild Wars 2, I don't need to be rewarded twice, as it were. 000.00.00.00 05:26, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
- Mithos Agar: there are currently no plans to make a Collectors Edition trilogy pack that includes the Divine Aura. They are still considering what to include in GW2 for existing players and how to put them in GW2. --Regina Buenaobra 01:07, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
Update notes before the next update?
This almost never happens (and with good reason - I would guess that updates are still being changed less than one hour before they're pushed into live), but once or twice we were given update notes one day before the update itself was introduced. Given how the incoming update is a big one, and it has created some expectation within the community, any chance we could get some parts of the Update Notes one day before it's actually implemented? Erasculio 22:30, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
- Read Linsey's latest entry in her journal 000.00.00.00 22:38, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
- I know Linsey is working on the Dev Update for the next build, but she has mentioned how she may not have time to explain all the changes. This, together with how we have had Dev Updates being released after the update itself in the past, makes me believe that the next Dev Update may not be ready any sooner than the update itself. That's why I'm asking for something (hopefuly) simpler - a small part of the Update Notes, to be released as a preview of things to come. It could even be released only on the wiki, so the "preview" would not have to wait until the text is translated by the localization teams. Erasculio 23:01, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
It would help players know what was going to change? that doesn't sound like a bad idea. that way people can QQ about something thats going to happen, and if necessary the day after the update, they can QQ at us back for being douchebags and fix unnecessary changes.

We would not have distributed the Update Notes or the Developer Updates before a build went live. We had a discussion about this, and the lead designer indicated that we should publish the Developer Updates to the wiki after the build is live, which is around the same time that the Update Notes are published to the website. I was talking in-game on Wednesday afternoon giving players some hints of what would be included in the build. --Regina Buenaobra

Banned for names that you're allowed to create?
I made a joke name Butthole McTigger to play with the other mctiggers in id1 of HA. if i'm able to actually put "butthole" as my name and not get an invalid name error when i make the char, how is that considered a violation. it's not like i'm getting around the rules or anything by changing the letters. plus it gave me a 3 day ban! not a 24 hour. come on now --Adrin 07:20, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- If a gun allows you to pull the trigger, how is murdering someone by shooting them against the law? (Aiiane - talk - contribs) 07:29, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- I wasn't aware that guns came with triggers designed to prevent you from murdering anyone. :/ --76.25.197.215 07:43, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- It's only illegal if there's a law against murdering people. Arenanet didn't have butthole on their list of bad names, and they're punishing people for it. It's like punishing people for naming their character "Leet Assassin Guy"
- IMO Considering how quickly you got banned, arenanet needs to move some of their "bullshit customer service department who can ban people for ok names, but not for Suxon My Kurdick" into the "very long list of things in the game desperately in need of fixing department."
- Did arenanet honestly not put butt or butthole on their bad names list, but still ban for it? I should report izzy because the word "right" is in his name, it's like lying and I'm offended by liars.
- Please ArenaziNet, stop banning people for stupid reasons, and start fixing your game. Oh crap I just offended anet by pointing out the fact that they're communists, maybe I will get banned because the word "Life" is in one of my character names and dead people take offense to it. ~Shard 08:06, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- First off Aiiane, that type of liberal, "slipery slope" comment is just silly. Reasoning like that is exactly why people cannot excercise freedom of speech in any way anymore without everyone being offended. Part of being allowed free speech is also the freedom of other people to ignore things they don't like or care to see or hear. Secondly, pulling a trigger on a gun does not equal murdering someone, and putting the two notions together in such a context is completely ignorant.--*Yasmin Parvaneh* 08:07, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- The point is, there are many cases in life where just because something is possible does not mean it is acceptable. Also, @Shard: "You may not use sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive language." Just because ArenaNet doesn't include every possible option on a blacklist, doesn't mean they condone everything else. (Aiiane - talk - contribs) 08:09, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- Free speech is only in some countries. Communist countries like Arenazinet don't allow you to speak your mind or make character names containing words 3-year-olds already use on a daily basis.
- I get that part aiiane, but is Butthole really offensive to anyone? No. Like I said, three year olds use that word. ~Shard 08:11, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- Obviously, it was offensive to someone, and it's not like there was any benefit from allowing it. (Aiiane - talk - contribs) 08:13, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- So one person is able to ban me for 72 hours?--76.105.41.78 08:14, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- Considering that I dislike people who pick such names as well, I suppose you can consider it at least 2 people. That's a 100% improvement. (Aiiane - talk - contribs) 08:15, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- Well then stay away from 3 year olds cuz they'll curse up a storm. Why can't anet skip all this wasteful time and fix their game?--Adrin 08:17, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- Twelve posts in and I can already tell this discussion is going to be a paragon of rationality and reasonability. --76.25.197.215 08:20, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

- Do any buttholes play Guild Wars? Do you know anyone whose family member is a butthole? Has any player's butthole friend died recently and hates other people making fun of buttholes? Is it even physically possible for a butthole to play GW? Probably not. It may not be the most mature of names, but there's no way it could possibly harm or offend anyone who isn't a butthole or related to one. I mean, if I named one of my characters a random body part, would I get banned for "My Eye Hurts" or "Pve ASSassins Blow?" ~Shard 08:20, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

- I just established a religion five minutes ago called Shardism. We are strictly offended by and are not allowed to play online games with people who run gimmicks in competitive play. I will come up with a list of all the people who I think should not be allowed to play GW because it is not only against my religion, but playing with those people makes God hate us and it offends us that they are allowed to make accounts at all. [/donttakethisseriously]
- The short truth is that anyone can claim offense to anything, it's up to anet's nazi banhappy service department to decide whether the name is actually offensive, and 99% of the time, they do the stupid thing and ban someone who doesn't want to cause trouble, as opposed to people who do. ~Shard 08:34, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

- It's funny that you can ban someone this easily, for three days, just becuase of a name? I woul (partialy) agree with Anet's authority, since it is their game, and it is their right to censor as much as they want, even when some whiny faction of shardists don't agree with it. But a 3 day ban is, IMO, too severe. Other similar censorship cases simply involved a warning and a request to change the "offensive" name. Tbh, I don't see why adrin drew the shortest straw here, unless is wasn't his first offense. -- NUKLEAR IIV 09:14, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- First, Aiiane, that was the most far reaching comment I have ever read on this wiki.
- Secondly, since the name was aloud without cheating its appearance I would believe a warning would be enough, a 24 hour ban at max, but not 3 days, unless of course, this isn't the first offense and then 3 days would be a proper cause of action. Granted, Arenanet can't be expected to get everything on their blacklist but one questions why that combination was missed, every school kid knows that one. 000.00.00.00 10:45, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

It's impossible to make a filter that works in all cases, since many people from many countries play this game. Each case must be looked upon one by one. So, what they did is to add a clause in the EULA (which you are supposed to read) in where they say that you must refrain form certain kind of names, and what will happen if you don't do so. Next time use without meaning instead one that is a stupid pun, a fanboy reference and bathroom joke, and you'll have no more troubles. See the names of the bosses in the game? Those are appropriate. You may think that you are free to name your characters as you like, but that's not possible. In most countries, people can't put stupid names to their children. This is the same. MithTalk 14:32, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- EULA > you. As simple as that, you violate it, your gunna play the price. --Wolf 14:36, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- The filter didn't let me make "Pedobear Loves You" ;---; And I wanted a chan meme so I did "Girl Fawkes" ;---; then I deleted her because I don't like assassins that much. ;---; Vael Victus 15:53, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- Adrin: Just because a word is not filtered or banned does not mean that customer support does not have the right to exercise their discretion and judgment in these cases. They have made their decision and you will have to serve out your punishment. Next time, perhaps you should think a little harder about your character names. --Regina Buenaobra 16:39, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- Believe me, I understand the policy, but 3 days on first offense? come on now, that's harsh. Come on Regina, go a lil easier on me, I've never been banned before =( --Adrin 19:11, 11 August 2008 (UTC) 19:10, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- srsly i got banned for "Cancer Angel" some time ago --Cursed Angel 19:46, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- I'm finding it hard to see a 3 day ban from playing as a harsh punishment. Go out and do something constructive instead for those few days. There's no permanent effect and perhaps you'll learn not to behave like a 3-year-old (according to your post higher up).Cassie 21:34, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Trial Accounts
I'm not sure if this a question that should be posed to you, but I'm not sure who to ask. I've been trying to lure my brother-in-law from the dark side *cough*WOW*cough* for some time. He recently said he would play if he could try it first, so I suggested he get a trial account. The guild wars website says that you can get a trial dvd at fry's electronics, but when he went there they told him that they stopped carrying it because it was not selling. Is there any other method of obtaining a trial account so I can save his gaming soul? Jaxgreystar 15:48, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Guild Wars: The Complete Collection
I found this: http://www.play.com/Games/PC/4-/6279181/Guild-Wars-The-Complete-Collection/Product.html
now I have 2 questions:
1. Is it real?
2. What is this golem hero? Is it a real hero that you only get with this edition of GW or just a normal Minipet? If it is an hero what profession does it have?
87.160.127.143 06:22, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
3. And how will the M.O.X. Golem be obtainable for others that have all campaigns allready? --Silverleaf 12:51, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- Hmmm, I wonder what that key would do if added to an account that already has all 4 games... --Wolf 13:57, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- Sounds like a Paragon - party protection. An option to get it for people who already have all 4 games would be nice, even if we need to buy him separately off the in-game store. -- Alaris 14:32, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- Most people already have the complete collection, but it looks as if we should have waited 3 years. I'm with Sliverleaf, how is this hero going to obtained for the people that bought the complete collection through the years instead of waiting 3 years?--BabyJ 15:11, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- Seems like a scam to me. Have you ever seen that 'M.O.X. in the game? MithTalk 15:31, 12 August 2008 (UTC)

- Play.com is a fairly respected vendor. They're not usually known for putting "scams" on their website, so I doubt this is one. (Aiiane - talk - contribs) 15:44, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- M.O.X. Golem sounds like a golem from the Asura, with awareness. Can't wait to get a responce. But if this would only be obtainable to TCC than i would be...but not yet. Waiting for details. --Silverleaf 16:11, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- I though it was a personal selling site like eBay, but it's a vendor! They better add an update like the Millenium update, or there would be downpour of complaints! MithTalk 16:48, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- There will be a downpour of complaints regardless, have you not been paying attention for the past ~3 years? (Aiiane - talk - contribs) 17:06, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- Nah, those were drizzles. I mean whole rain season. Oh, well... there was a downpour also with the BMP, but they listened to the complaints. So I think that it would be better just to add the feature before the complaints for once. MithTalk 17:14, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- If adding the key for it to my account gives me atleast 4 more char slots as well as the hero, I'd the the complete collection anyway. --Wolf 17:18, 12 August 2008 (UTC)

- Well, as I see it, the best option is Elementalist. We have 3 of those, but it's a profession with 4 main lines. MithTalk 18:23, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- It's a golem, right ? Can it bleed or suffer conditions in general ? If not, sells are going to increase in a significant way. Yseron - 90.15.184.246 18:26, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- 1. Mox exists.
- 2. Mox is a Dervish Hero.
- 3. Mox will be obtainable in the same way for everyone, regardless of whether they have all three campaigns already or whether they buy the new box. So if you already have the three campaigns on your account, you will get Mox at no cost. I can't speak on how exactly you can get Mox in the game, but from the document I'm reading, it won't be that difficult. Also, Mox will suffer conditions. --Regina Buenaobra 18:33, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- AWSOME! Thanks Regina! --Wolf 18:41, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
- Nice... a shame it being a dervish instead of elementalist, but it's oke anyways, Now I'll be able to go 4-dervish with my dervish. And what about appearance? Will it be unique and will there be armors or would it be something that already exists like the Indestructible Golem? It would be great that it was more like a human-shaped Golem, like the automatonsin Ultima VII: Serpent Isle. MithTalk 18:47, 12 August 2008 (UTC)

- wut why dervish why not mesmer?!?! or para or rit or sin?!?! regardless im glad to see a new hero and am hoping for an additon of para mes rit and sin.... I want to run 4 parars......75.165.119.60 20:02, 12 August 2008 (UTC)

- Glad its not an ele, we already have 3 and can only take 3 heroes, so having a 4th would be redundant. With the addition of M.O.X. that now means the only heroes which you cant make a full team of in hero battles are Paragon, Ritualist, Assassin and Mesmer. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Salome (talk).
- Not if you set them separatelly. I usualy set Zhed with Water equipment, Vekk with Air equipment and with Sousuke I usually change between Earth and Fire. Elementalists have 5 attributes!
- So will recruiting M.O.X. only require Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall, or will it also require Eye of the North? -- Gordon Ecker 02:37, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
- Hmmm, it'd be interesting if the quest to get Mox is another scavenger hunt. It was interesting for the Black Moa Chick. 75.146.48.190 16:27, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Open travel to and from Japanese districts
In the January 17th, 2008 GuildWars.com news entry, it was stated that "Players in Japanese and Taiwanese language districts will be able to travel to the other language districts following a subsequent game update in the coming weeks.". Is this still planned? If so, can you tell us what's holding it up? If not, can you tell us why it has been cancelled? -- Gordon Ecker 01:39, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- They are holding off on this transition for now. They don't want to introduce instability in the in-game economy by integrating these districts prematurely. --Regina Buenaobra 16:19, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- But what can they do to prevent that inestability it would cause? And can't we already contact them via International districts? MithTalk 17:32, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- There are alot less people in International Districts, hence less trading which means less instability. When the district opens, the Japanese will be able to come to America/Euro dis' now to sell stuff and buy, meaning more trade in the economy. — ク Eloc 貢 17:53, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- Hm... al that would be fixed if they added the Xunlai Marketplace... it was one of the best ideas for GW I've ever seen... MithTalk 21:11, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for clearing up the situation; I've been 'starting' to wonder for the last seven months. -Dantana 14:55, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
- I wonder, however, how an unstable economy fits together with the pay-to-play system used for GuildWars in Japan. When former argument is no longer in question, will you put customers of two types of business models together? I just hope this will not delay the merging even further. -Dantana 21:43, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
- Not everyone in Japan is play-to-pay, though. Apparently, the same system is available there as it is here (buy the box, and you're done), but they also have an option of paying a small fee each month (I think it's somewhere between $1 and $2) if they choose the online route. I'm not sure how it would upset the economy, though, by having Japanese people allowed to travel to other districts. If we really want to, we can still trade with them in international districts. Oh well, I guess we'll just have to be patient to play with our Japanese friends. :D Kokuou 22:05, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
- It's around 1$ per month, I've just looked it up. On the one hand, seeing how little Japanese players there are, you seem to be right - how could they possibly harm the economy?, but on the other hand, less people equal a greater rarity of goods, less gold flowing, even with international trades. Considering this, a merging of districs would merge Japanese goods into ours with, correct me if I'm wrong, little impact on the already unified and great one on the Japanese economy. We can't consider this a change to 'normality' for them, however; but maybe an opportunity to cleverly 'stabilize' both systems as one. I just do ask myself whether, with player numbers declining everywhere, later is really better than earlier. -Dantana 20:26, 21 August 2008 (UTC)

A bit disappointed
Hey Regina, I know you're incredibly busy atm with PAX, and as a European guy I didn't have the means to attend PAX, although I would have loved to... I was very happy with the guildwars news post that you were going to have a chat session on xfire, with 5 grawl keys to win and a few 2nd series skill pins. This was however posted on the official site: Can’t come to PAX? Regina Buenaobra will be appearing on Xfire for a Live Chat on August 31 at Noon Pacific! I do regret missing the chat session because of this typo on the official site, because the actual chat session took place on August 30 at noon pacific.. :-( I'll just read the transcript now... grtz and I hope PAX was great! -- (Tribina / talk) 19:11, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- On a seperate note, they haven't asked me to moderate in over three months. I think they scrapped us. Vael Victus 20:01, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- I'm sorry you weren't able to attend the chat due to the typo. --Regina Buenaobra
