I think the white armored char looks better if you're using a black background. I know at least every shadow step uses a black cloud animation, so you might check into those first. And what was the application process like? But ill give you the basics. Have a GPA that dosnt drop below a 95, attend a meeting every week, and do 20hrs of community service per school year, alongside attending 7 "group activities" (of which there are usually 8 or 9) a group activity is simply organized by your chapter leader. But the admission process was ridiculous. You had to write an essay and get two letters of recommendation, and then the head of the chapter would ask every single teacher who'd had each student for their thoughts on that particular student. Apparently enough of my teachers raised objections that I was barred from entry. I was, in fact, the only student that had ever happened to. I've even done my fair share of what could easily be designated as rabble-rousing (see, for example, my first bid for bureaucratship way back when I first joined this site, well before most folks around here had ever heard of me). You'll notice, however, that while my actions back then (as well as some of my subsequent actions) caused a fair bit of drama, I've never been banned. Moreover, since then, a lot of the things that I wanted to change have changed, I'm currently a sysop, and I used to be a bureaucrat. With that said, you're quite simply engaging in folly. While I respect the fact that you genuinely think that what you're advocating is correct/that you're doing the right thing--and heck, maybe you're right, maybe there's some objective sense in which the wiki would be better off if Auron wasn't an administrator--the manner in which you gone about trying to convince people, dare I say it, your abrasive manner of communication, has you headed toward a permanent ban. And what have you accomplished? Little or nothing. Persisting in the face of trolling is one thing; repeating the same tired mantra in the face of reasoned (not to mention overwhelming) opposition is quite another. You want to bring attention to an issue that you perceive; fine. However, if in the process of bringing that issue to the attention of the community, you cause that community to lose respect for you--or if you never did much to earn that respect in the first place--you're going to be treated as little better than a troll. Like I said, I've done a bit of rabble-rousing myself, but there's a difference between the two of us: I may cause drama, but my argumentation remains measured and rational, even in the face of opposition and even when I care about the subject matter a great deal.
