Hi, Yozuk, I posted a reply to your remarks and it is under the Chronomancer topic. All I can say is that I was disappointed at your behavior and you can read more about it there. --PCGamer07 11:32, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Congratulations, you have figured out that some skills counter other skills. Now stop being fallacious and stop vandalizing. --76.25.197.215 04:44, 9 July 2008 (UTC)

The Chronomancer sounds AWESOME! I hope you carry it into GW2. -Slashy Salara

GW2 skill suggestions[edit]

Hi, please note that, as of right now, we still have no clue about how skills are going to work in GW2. As such, suggestions like ArenaNet:Guild Wars 2 suggestions/"Stop me if I'm Wrong!" aren't really helpful since they follow the same mechanics of skills from GW1, and thus were proposed for deletion.

If you think these skill suggestions still should stay, please rework the pages as to encompass the concept behind the skills (being as descriptive as possible, but without including specific data) so the devs can take a look at it and find a proper way of implementing it if they decide to. Saying that "x skill has y seconds of recharge" at this point is useless since we don't know if skills will have recharge in GW2, by example.--Fighterdoken 03:21, 17 July 2008 (UTC)

The Deep[edit]

Just thought I'd say I'm Looking for a party for the deep. I Plan on doing it with my assassin this weekend if I can find a party. For any one who's interested.Yozuk

Hey, Yozuk! I need to do that too, but I'm on vacation and won't be back home until Saturday evening. Let's do it on Sunday!! az :D 11:33, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
Ok. I might have to cancel for this weekend. I'm having some trouble with my laptop. I'm hoping I can get the problem fixed before Saturday but we will just have to wait and see. If I can get it fixed before then I'll Post that I can. It sucks Because as soon as I want to go in to the deep my laptop craps out on me.Yozuk
OK I think I can do it tonight. If you still want to and all. But it would have to be at 11 or something.Yozuk 5:50, 26 July 2008 (UTC)

Criticism[edit]

moved from ArenaNet talk:Guild Wars 2 suggestions/Chronomancer profession

Yozuk, don't be talking trash about other people's professions just because they are being updated. I'm sorry but I can't really not take it personal when you say "a lot of the horrible ones" and "I'm just going to let them die". Saying that tells people a lot about your own character. And frankly, I got nothing personal against you, but please listen to the old saying, "If you don't have anything good to say, don't say it". Be positive, and keep working on your own ideas, I think they are creative. I completely welcome constructive criticism, but not when someone has the audacity to put down another one's idea. That's just not right. This topic(Professions) and all other topics are for everyone's ideas to thrive, not just your own. I hope that Anet will see your remarks and see how selfish you are. I feel that you believe that your classes(Brawler and the Puppet Master) are the best, and the rest of them will always come second, which is not fair to all of those who willingly posted their unique ideas. Just letting you know, the Lancer class and the Chaot Mage are my idea, and I think they are quite innovative and will have a high chance of being in GW2, whether you like it or not. --PCGamer07 00:07, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Honestly, I agree with Yozuk. Chronomancer is an...OK...suggestion, but not my favorite. However, it's better than most suggestions, such as Space Marines, True Beast Masters, Siege Masters, Paladins, Death Knights, and Dragon Riders, Spearmen / Lancers, and, of course, Pirates. These ideas are either completely stupid, unoriginal, imbalanced, or a combination or buff of original Guild Wars professions. PCGamer07, don't take it too hard when people hate your idea and think it's dirt poor. That's life. az :D 15:12, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
I hear ya man. I completely understand when you talk about those professions that really have no chance, like the ones that looks like it has been made in under a 30 seconds. But for me, when you really spend a good amount of time putting your heart into a creation, it's just hard to accept someone saying that it's a complete failure, just because they think theirs is always better. You know what I mean? And I'm always staying that mine classes aren't perfect, but I try hard to make them the best they can be. But I agree, that's just life. And I can deal with it. But not all of these contributors are as old as I am, and when that many jerks rip on their idea, how will they feel? Some of these kids are building self-esteems and you can't say, 'your idea F*&^#@ sucks!'. You always have to think about how your words can effect others. That's just all I have to say. --PCGamer07 17:35, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
Sorry if it hurts your feelings when people don't like ideas. az :D 21:48, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

I'm sorry I offended you PCGamer07. I guess it was uncalled for. I understand what your saying and I'll try to be nicer about it. But I also don't like that you are saying that I only think my ideas are good because that is not true at all. I have made positive responses to many topics and have tried to help some of them out. And also I know about my character flaws and I know I am very opinionated. But rather than talking about ourselves we should be discussing on how to help the Chronomancer profession because that is what this suggestion is about. If you wish to talk to me on the other hand go to my discussion page.--Yozuk 23:18, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Just as long as you acknowledge this, I'm completely satisfied. But yeah, I will definitely look more into the Chronomancer and see what I can do to improve it. --PCGamer07 12:19, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
Moved it to your talk page, like you said. lol az :D 23:31, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
lol thanks Azalea Ina Dorada. --Yozuk 02:20, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
What, my Swashbuckler is a failure? I put hella effort into that. -- Spawn User Spawnlegacy sig.pngLegacy 17:30, 14 August 2008 (UTC) bit late for this discussion
Originality over effort. Good job, if it weren't for Pirates Online. az :D 21:10, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
Sorry. I hate the idea for a Swashbuckler. but that's one opinion out of 6,000,000. or was it 4,000,000? Any way I just don't like it.--Yozuk 06:09, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
Constructive criticism plz. -- Spawn User Spawnlegacy sig.pngLegacy 12:43, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
Constructive criticism is for things you think can be made better. It's well-written, but, frankly, I don't think that idea can be made better. az :D 13:06, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
I got no idea how to take that. -- Spawn User Spawnlegacy sig.pngLegacy 13:24, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
Take it as regular criticism. az :D 15:10, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
I can't do constructive criticism for it. I can't find a redeeming quality's for the Swashbuckler. Nothing you say will make me like them.--Yozuk 00:10, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
I want to give credit to Spawn for making a lot of effort. I mean, he even made a page just for skills with the whole skill template. That took time. But the idea of a pirate like class is unoriginal. --PCGamer07 12:21, 21 August 2008 (UTC)
I agree. It is, by far, the best-written profession suggestion there is. I give kudos to Spawn Legacy for the work, but not for the idea. I hope he comes up with something better; I like his work. ^.^ azaleachat 13:52, 21 August 2008 (UTC)
Whatever happened to the shield... that was my favorite part! I like the concept of an extremely strong, yet costly profession to offset the warriors and dervs. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Zeph (talk).

Thanks Anyway[edit]

"Collaborative, Organized, Sly, Religious, and Authority Driven. These are the Characteristics that are described in the GW2 wiki..."-

I think you wrote this comment just recently in my article on Human Advantages. It's not that I don't appreciate the feedback, it's just that, well, I'm actually the one who wrote that part of the GW2 article on humans:) I tried to characterize humans as they had been portrayed in earlier GW installments in contrast to the characteristics of other races. I actually expected to see it edited, but every one seems to agree with my analysis so far. Thanks anyway:)--Shai Halud 17:16, 13 January 2009 (UTC)
