- (Fast Casting) - Hex Spell. Initial effect: interrupts a skill. (5...13...15 seconds.) Target foes next skill is interupted. End effect: all foes in the area are hexed with Web of Disruption. You lose 10 energy for each foe hexed in this way.
- Reason
- -The point is to hamper hex-removal party in responce to Peace and Harmony, Holy Veil, etc.
