BB is still hardcoded at 4 sec. Izzy has stated that they cant scale KD time with skill attrib. --Angelic Loki 09:35, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

As I understand it, only the Stonefist can modify kd. They cant be conditionally modified at all. If izzy could clarify that would be nice. --Angelic Loki 09:28, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

Except that Izzy already stated that he has no intention of creating ranged 3-sec knock-downs. So I'd suggest to make this exactly similar to Gale (including exhaustion, and maybe a slightly higher recharge) and add 10...58...70 cold damage or something. 145.94.74.23 10:43, 20 April 2008 (UTC)

Just keep the current condition and add an unconditional 2 second knockdown, making the knockdown 3 seconds instead if the condition is met. 76.89.81.150 23:55, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Main prob w/ this

is that a earth hex=snared=no need for KD. The disable of KD is nice, but the only time this is/has ever been used for is to prevent kiting. --User:Frvwfr2 frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 05:36, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

Well, the reasoning behind it was that you could combine it with 1 more hex. 3 seconds of monk disabling can be pretty useful, regardless of wheter he had been snared or not...but I suppose you can already do that.
