The Door of Komalie is a sealed magical gate in the Ring of Fire Islands guarded by the Mursaat. The Titans are locked behind the door, and the Mursaat work to ensure that it is kept closed at all cost. The door is kept sealed with Soul Batteries that feed on the souls of Chosen sacrificed on the Bloodstones.

The closest you'd actually be able to get to the Door of Komalie is by going to Hell's Precipice and heading North-East.
