[edit] History

In the beginning, a PvP guild known as Disciplined Aggression Guild Wars [DAGW] existed. However, the aggression became less and less disciplined, and the guild was disbanded. A few of the survivors banded together to form a new guild in May 2006, henceforth known as We Need Therapy [NOW]. The name should be self explanatory.

[edit] Philosophy

We Need Therapy [NOW] encourages all of its members to interact both within the guild itself, and with the alliance at large. And while cooperative gameplay is encouraged, there is no penalty for being a solitary player. The guild wishes to offer a friendly environment for its members to enjoy themselves (after all, it is a game).

While the guild is primarily a PvE guild, members are also free to take part in PvP activities, though such activities are not required.

[edit] Demographics

We Need Therapy [NOW] is largely a North American guild, with all American time zones including GMT -10 (Hawaii) represented, but the guild also includes some members hailing from other parts of the globe as well. While most of the members are young adults, member age ranges from young teens to those who could be young grandparents. The guild is active during the weeknights and weekends. Currently members are pursuing titles in the various areas of vanquishing, HM missions & dungeons with a little Domain of Anguish, Fissure of Woe and Underworld thrown in.

[edit] Allegiance

We Need Therapy [NOW] is currently a member of the Kurzick-aligned Order Of The Immortal [Vamp] alliance.

[edit] Recruitment

We Need Therapy [NOW] is currently recruiting. While the guild prefers more mature players (we recognize that age and maturity do not necessarily equate) with access to multiple campaigns, the guild is open to anyone needing therapy. The guild's only requirement is for players to follow Anet's EULA, as well as the Don't Be a Jerk policy.
