Half ranged

Half ranged is a skill property that sets the range of certain non-attack skills to half their default distance (60% of the Danger Zone radius instead of 120%). It reduces the distance for bow attack skills to half the normal range for the wielded bow type.

- Some Monk, Elementalist, and Assassin spells are half-ranged. Deadly Haste causes such spells to cast and recharge faster.
- There are no skills that specially affect half-ranged Bow attacks or Paragon skills.
