Outcast Shields are a type of Shield. The shield has a large skull in the center of its front which is surrounded by smaller skulls and spikes which protrude from the sides of the shield. Smaller spikes also protrude from various orifices in the central skull.

Dye

Dye affects the shield's central skull. The default color can be closely replicated using yellow dye.
