Tactics' is a warrior secondary attribute.
No inherent effect. Many skills, especially defensive skills and skills that aid your allies, become more effective with higher Tactics.–In-game description

- Tactics is one of the attributes that are used as requirement for Shields.
- The Tactics line has mostly defensive oriented skills in it. Healing Signet is usually the first Tactics skill acquired and most iconic skill of the line.
