The Plaza of the Five Gods is located deep inside Gandara, the Moon Fortress. This is where Varesh summons her demons in the Consulate Docks mission.
While it is called Plaza of the Five Gods, there are murals of six gods, including a (presumably recent) mural of Abaddon. The other five murals are destroyed during the Consulate Docks mission.
